About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning Strategist to join our team. This is a temporary position for 12 months, with possible extension.

We work on:

  • Running elections;
  • Communicating and engaging with the public and stakeholders; and
  • Investigating possible offences and enforcing electoral laws.

Your Role

You will develop and implement learning and development initiatives that align with organisational objectives. Design and deliver face-to-face learning and online modules.

This role involves:

  • Developing blended learning strategies and services;
  • Understanding workforce capability frameworks and their alignment with training programs;
  • Intermediate use of Articulate 360 and SuccessFactors;
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent professional experience;
  • Politically neutral status with no affiliation to political parties or lobbyists;
  • A clear criminal record check.
