Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis, with a focus on sales performance and product profitability.
  • Partner with sales and marketing teams to create realistic budgets and prepare weekly forecasts, analyzing trends and variances.
  • Monitor inventory levels and costs, ensuring financial efficiency while aligning stock levels with market demand.
  • Support data-driven sales strategies and assess promotional impacts on profitability.
  • Manage key month-end tasks, including prepayments, accruals, intercompany transactions, reconciliations, and general ledger reviews.

About You

  • Experience: 3+ years in a similar accounting role, ideally in FMCG or a fast-paced industry.
  • Technical Skills: Strong Excel proficiency and experience with financial systems; ERP knowledge is a plus.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Organisational Skills: Detail-oriented, capable of meeting tight deadlines and balancing multiple responsibilities.
  • Team Player: Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team environment.
