About Customer Service Role
- Liaising with customers and end-users over the phone and via emails to resolve issues and provide technical advice and support.
- Troubleshooting and diagnosing problems to ensure accurate solutions.
- Preparing and processing customers' orders and quotes.
- Providing technical advice and support internally and externally.
- Accurately collecting and recording information.
- Working closely with other departments to resolve issues and achieve goals.
- Becoming a business partner with our customers, building rapport and understanding their business requirements.
