About Customer Service Role

  • Liaising with customers and end-users over the phone and via emails to resolve issues and provide technical advice and support.
  • Troubleshooting and diagnosing problems to ensure accurate solutions.
  • Preparing and processing customers' orders and quotes.
  • Providing technical advice and support internally and externally.
  • Accurately collecting and recording information.
  • Working closely with other departments to resolve issues and achieve goals.
  • Becoming a business partner with our customers, building rapport and understanding their business requirements.
