Job Description:
\We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Strategic Partnerships Associate Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing Personal Banking's relationships with lending distribution partners and overseeing change in the broker market.

- You will contribute to several exciting initiatives including producing quarterly packs and materials to support aggregator and market engagement, plus the management of proactive and reactive aggregator engagement.\\
- You will be responsible for the creation and management of bespoke content and speaking requests from state sales teams and/or aggregators and executive forum coordination and management.\\
- You will also be involved in data analysis and surfacing insights, fortnightly aggregator communications and the maintenance of Personal Banking Data Rooms.\\

Required Skills and Qualifications:\
To be successful in this role, you will need:

- 3+ years' experience in Retail Banking.\\
- A confident approach to engaging with a range of stakeholders across the Personal Banking ecosystem and external distribution partners.\\
- The ability to approach complex problems with curiosity and enthusiasm, and have a learning mindset.\\
- Strong attention to detail, planning, prioritisation and project management skills.\\
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.\\
