Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team at Hearing Australia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients of all backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients and attend to all counter and telephone enquiries
  • Cover reception and undertake general administration duties, including booking client appointments, processing claims, data entry, and monthly reports
  • Liaise extensively with clients, including children and adults with complex needs, as well as clients from multicultural and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander backgrounds
  • Perform minor hearing aid repairs and troubleshooting
  • Assist clinicians with the provision of clinical services by proactively identifying client needs, offering professional advice, and demonstrating the use of hearing aids
