Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day function of the Pre-Sales team
- Consult with Marketing, Delivery, Sales, Consulting, and Development teams to develop, maintain, and manage sales-ready software modules
- Source and provide SME knowledge in the sales process, including liaising directly with clients
- Oversee the tender management process
- Prepare 'template' demonstration scripts across modules and verticals
- Contribute SME knowledge to the 'go/no-go' process
- Prepare and provide onsite/online software demonstrations, including coordinating internal SMEs to contribute to demonstrations as required
Requirements:
- Client-focused knowledge with a strong desire to help drive solution-oriented outcomes for customers
- Extensive knowledge, skills, and experience in the Brightly suite: Assetic Cloud, Confirm, and Predictor
- Demonstrated ability to organize and plan, and to meet rigid and conflicting demands and deadlines, along with the ability to adapt to changed priorities
- Demonstrated high-level problem-solving and research skills with the ability to conceptualize initiatives, often complex in nature, develop and propose options, and prepare reports for consideration by key decision makers
- High-level proficiency with Excel; familiarity with data query/data management tools such as Access, SQL, Power BI, TM1
- Commercial acumen to assist with scoping and costing opportunities
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills
- Strong relationship management and interpersonal skills; this role requires collaborating and working with multiple parts of the business and partner organizations to ensure Brightly delivers world-class presentations of our solution set
