We seek a highly experienced and skilled professional to lead and mentor a team of engineers in delivering high-quality outcomes across diverse urban development projects. Key responsibilities include:

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage complex projects effectively.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, candidates must have:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering
  • At least 10 years' experience in Urban Development, preferably in a leadership position
  • CPEng and RPEQ accreditation
  • Proven track record of leading teams and managing large-scale projects
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including stakeholder engagement and business development
  • Solid project management capabilities, including budgeting, scheduling, and quality assurance
