Urban Development Project Coordinator

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the delivery of urban subdivision projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all phases of subdivision projects from tender to completion.
  • Coordinate with site supervisors, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Implement strategies to maintain safety, environmental, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor project schedules, resource allocation, and budgets to guarantee timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and council stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
  • Provide leadership to onsite teams and foster a culture of open communication and problem-solving across all parties.
About You:
  • Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager in civil construction, focusing on urban subdivisions.
  • Strong technical understanding of earthworks, roadworks, sewer, stormwater, and water reticulation systems.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to drive project success.
  • Familiarity with local authority and council specifications, including relevant codes and regulations.
  • Relevant qualifications in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields.
  • CURRENT driver's license and construction white card.
