Construction Site Leader Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Construction Site Leader to oversee teams on urban development projects.

This is a unique opportunity to join a leading civil construction company and lead onsite teams across various projects.

Responsibilities
  • Manage site operations, including labourers, operators, and subcontractors.
  • Evaluate daily activities to meet project timelines and specifications.
  • Liaise with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders for smooth project delivery.
  • Ensure WHS compliance through site inductions, toolbox talks, and regular inspections.
Key Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Construction Site Leader or Site Supervisor on similar projects.
  • Strong knowledge of civil works, roadworks, drainage, earthworks, and utilities.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
  • Understanding of safety requirements and quality standards.
  • Ability to read and interpret civil drawings and specifications.
  • Relevant construction qualifications and White Card.
