Urban Development Project Lead

We are seeking a seasoned project management professional to lead our urban development projects.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, resource allocation strategies, and execution roadmaps for successful urban subdivision works
  • Drive program management, budgeting, forecasting, and risk mitigation initiatives
  • Oversee design coordination, client communication, and team leadership to ensure seamless project delivery
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers and site-based teams to enhance their skills and performance
  • Negotiate and manage subcontractor procurement, performance, and claims effectively

About You:

  • Proven track record in managing civil projects, with experience in urban subdivisions or land development
  • Strategic planning, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
  • Familiarity with earthworks, services installation, roadworks, and infrastructure delivery principles
  • Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate with clients, consultants, and local authorities
