Project Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and skilled project manager to lead our urban subdivision works.

The Role:

  • Develop and implement strategic project plans, resourcing, and delivery strategies.
  • Create and track project programs, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Manage risk, design coordination, and client communication effectively.
  • Mentor and lead site-based teams and junior engineers.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients, consultants, and local authorities.
  • Procure, manage, and optimize subcontractor performance and claims.
  • Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and quality standards across all sites.

About You:

  • You will have a proven track record of managing civil projects—urban subdivisions or land development.
  • You should possess strong strategic planning, problem-solving, and analytical capabilities.
  • A solid understanding of earthworks, services installation, roadworks, and infrastructure delivery is essential.
  • You will excel in stakeholder management, leadership, and team collaboration.
  • Familiarity with local authority processes and compliance standards is a must.
  • A degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field would be highly beneficial.
  • You will need to demonstrate commercial and contractual acumen.
