Service Desk Specialist

Datacom is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Service Desk Agent to join our team. As a Service Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing high-quality technical support and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to phone calls and emails from clients regarding technical issues
- Provide level 1 technical support and troubleshoot issues
- Work to given Service Level Agreements and KPIs
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
