Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing technical support for approved software packages, including electronic lock and security systems, surveillance systems, digital signage, and user security integration.
- Assisting with data exporting, importing, and ID card production.
- Preparing reports aligned with internal Government processes and standards.
- Troubleshooting and supporting approved internet security measures.
- Managing and cultivating business relationships.
- Day-to-day service desk operations, triaging, and escalating tickets through the organisation's ITSM tool.
- Base-level networking, including cabling, switching, and routing.
Selection criteria will include:
- Prior experience in a Queensland Government body is highly regarded.
- Experience with Service Desk Plus ticketing software.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability and proven success working in a team.
- Experience in the following technologies will be highly regarded: Office 365 E5 Application stack, Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, Azure, Exchange, SharePoint, Intune, ZScaler, troubleshooting of iOS and Android devices.
