Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Tradewind Recruitment Australia. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities through market research, networking, and strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business growth strategies to increase revenue and market share.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry professionals.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends.
  • Develop and manage sales pipelines, account plans, and budgets to achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in a Business Development/Operations Management role.
  • Experience working in Disability and/or Aged Care.
  • Strong working knowledge of industry regulations and legislative frameworks.
  • Strong leadership ability with experience coaching, mentoring, and inspiring teams.
  • Commercial Acumen and financial management experience.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Demonstrate an ability to work with clients with complex behaviors.
  • Extensive knowledge of Supporting Independent Living (SIL).
  • Problem-solving skills.
