About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Manager to lead our industrial team at National Workforce. As a key member of our leadership group, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth, developing our team, and servicing our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand our client base.
  • Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of recruitment consultants and account managers, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
  • Client Management: Strategically manage existing clients to ensure their needs are met and their satisfaction is high.
  • Financial Management: Manage your profit and loss (P&L) to ensure the team's financial performance is optimal.
  • Operational Management: Take a hands-on approach to managing the day-to-day operations of the team, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans to drive business growth and improve client satisfaction.
  • Safety Culture: Champion a safety culture within the team and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
Requirements
  • Business Acumen: Strong business acumen and a track record of developing business and providing service excellence.
  • Recruitment Experience: Recruitment industry experience, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to lead from the front, motivate and inspire a team, and make informed decisions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence others.
  • Passion for Labour Hire: A genuine passion for labour hire and a desire to make a positive impact in the industry.
