As a key Australian contact for a Platinum Client, your mission is to:

  • Build Deep Relationships by fostering meaningful connections across all levels of the client organisation and industry partners.
  • Win Work with Integrity by pursuing and securing major projects and programs aligned with our values and sales targets.
  • Lead Authentically by engaging directly in project delivery to earn respect and credibility.
  • Drive Market Strategy by collaborating with our Defence & Security Market Lead to shape client engagement strategies that align with Defence priorities.
  • Promote Excellence by introducing innovative services that meet client needs and uphold our reputation.
  • Grow Talent by recruiting and nurturing professionals with strong client engagement skills.

Key qualifications include deep experience working with the Department of Defence, particularly within the Security and Estate Group in infrastructure services, and ideally within the Capability Acquisition and Sustainment Group under defence support services.

Required skills and qualifications include a proven ability to position, win, and deliver major infrastructure projects, navigate complex government processes, and collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
