Agile Transformation Lead

We are seeking an exceptional professional to drive business growth and lead our team in Agile methodologies. The successful candidate will have a strong background in defence project delivery, IT project management, and Agile coaching.

  • Leverage defence project delivery experience to drive business growth
  • Mentor and coach teams and leaders in Agile methodologies
  • Develop and implement Agile transformation strategies
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritise projects
  • Provide training and support to ensure successful Agile adoption

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Agile Product Delivery
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience and hands-on expertise in IT project team management
  • Formal qualifications in ICT or related disciplines, SAFe, Agile coaching, or Enterprise coaching, Program Management, and/or Project Management (Agile, PMBOK, PRINCE2)
