About the Role

The Logistics Care Specialist is a key position within our organization, responsible for proactively resolving customer complaints related to logistics.


This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals keen to develop their career in logistics and supply chain operations.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Resolve customer care notifications and feedback related to logistics to ensure a great customer experience.
  • Process returns and work with the warehouse team to complete activities timely.
  • Effectively utilize systems to record actions taken and characteristics of orders identified as potential failures.
  • Communicate back-order management effectively.
  • Support account managers on logistics-related inquiries.
  • Develop strong partnerships with materials management, transportation, and warehouse teams.
  • Build trust with field sales to increase account manager productivity and reduce inbound calls from the field.
  • Handle emails in a timely manner.
  • Support training of new team members.


Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Solid knowledge of SAP systems is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Functional knowledge of logistics processes.
  • Solid knowledge of related business processes (i.e. product portfolio management).
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Strong PC skills including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Good communication, organization, and analytical skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple responsibilities and make decisions.
