Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage complex logistical itinerary plans, anticipating and understanding individual client preferences and needs.
  • Provide expert advice on airfares, contracted fares, ticketing, and reissues.
  • Negotiate contracts with vendors to secure the best rates and services.
  • Deliver high-quality customer service, ensuring that all client requests are met efficiently and effectively.

Requirements:

  • A BS or BA degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 4+ years of relevant travel consulting experience within a travel agency, managing high-demand clientele.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of airfares, contracted fares, ticketing, and reissues.
  • GDS experience (Travelport preferred).
  • Versed in booking flights, hotels, and published airfares.
