Our Operations Coordinator Role

As a key player in our shipping and receiving operations, you'll oversee logistics processes, ensuring timely and accurate delivery and receipt of goods while adhering to regulatory and internal policies. You'll maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all shipments, providing transparency in logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of shipping and receiving operations
  • Maintenance of accurate records of all shipments
  • Management of purchase orders to ensure timely processing and fulfillment
  • Coordination with carriers, freight forwarders, and logistics partners
  • Implementation of strategies to optimize internal and external logistics operations
  • Ensure data accuracy and support data-driven decision-making

Act as the liaison between plant management and logistics teams, promoting effective communication and ensuring alignment on production and logistics priorities.
