The Medicare Mental Health Services offer free support to individuals, without requiring appointments, referrals or Medicare cards. These services are provided at Medicare Mental Health Centres, designed to be safe and welcoming environments for people experiencing distress.

Role Overview:

This position will serve as the central point of contact, providing exceptional secretarial and reception services to clients aged 18+. The successful candidate will assist clinical and management staff with medical reception duties, appointment scheduling and general office responsibilities.

  • Demonstrated customer service skills and knowledge of the mental health sector
