**About the Role**
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Part-Time Executive Support Specialist to join our dynamic team at Mecwacare. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to balance their work life with their personal priorities.
The successful candidate will provide high-level support to our senior executive team, ensuring the smooth running of our EGM offices for Retirement Living and P&C. Key responsibilities include coordinating calendars, managing travel, gathering insights, creating presentations, and supporting key initiatives.
**What You Bring to the Role**
- Proven experience providing high-level support to senior executives
- Strong organizational skills in managing meetings, preparing agendas, and coordinating event logistics
- Excellent documentation and contract administration skills, with attention to detail and compliance
- Able to coordinate with various departments, including Marketing, Procurement, and IT
- Superb communication and customer service skills, handling emails, calls, and inquiries with care
- Experience designing PowerPoint presentations and a positive, team-oriented approach
