Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tech Team Lead to join our team at Econstruct. As a Tech Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading the development of cutting-edge software solutions for structural optimization.
Key Responsibilities- Innovate and Build: Develop and maintain advanced software solutions for structural optimization, collaborating with our team to design and implement scalable and efficient solutions.
- Lead Development: Oversee the entire software development process, from initial concept to final release, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outputs.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and rigorously test software components, ensuring that our solutions meet the needs of our clients and partners.
- Scalable Solutions: Design and implement scalable software solutions to meet the growing demands of our business, ensuring that our solutions are efficient, effective, and sustainable.
- Mentorship: Mentor and lead a team of junior software engineers, fostering a culture of growth and excellence, and ensuring that our team has the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure the highest standards of software quality through rigorous testing and code reviews, ensuring that our solutions are reliable, secure, and meet the needs of our clients.
- Project Management: Plan, execute, and oversee software development projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outputs.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, continually improving our software solutions and ensuring that we remain at the forefront of innovation.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation for all software projects and processes, ensuring that our knowledge and expertise are captured and shared across the team.
- Team Collaboration: Promote a collaborative and positive team environment, ensuring that our team is motivated, engaged, and working together to achieve our goals.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Technical Expertise: 5-12 years of software development experience, with proficiency in Type Script, Java Script, Python, and SQL.
- Leadership Experience: Proven track record of leading teams and delivering scalable software solutions.
- Preferred Knowledge: Familiarity with AWS, Serverless Frameworks, and Dynamo DB.
