Our projects encompass a wide range of structural designs, including bridges, high-rise buildings, precast concrete engineering, and post-tensioning design. While our primary focus is structural engineering, e.construct adopts a comprehensive approach, incorporating divisions in MEP, Geotechnical, and innovative construction technologies such as 3D concrete printing and 3D laser scanning.

VAES, our technology startup incubated within e.construct, harnesses technology to revolutionize engineering practices. Our mission is to minimize the raw materials utilized in our designs by leveraging optimization algorithms and machine learning techniques. The VAES team comprises software developers, civil engineers, machine learning specialists, architects, and graphic designers who collaborate to create tools that empower engineers in designing and constructing the cities of the future.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Innovate and Develop: Collaborate with the team to design and enhance state-of-the-art software solutions for structural optimization.
  • Lead Development Efforts: Oversee the complete software development lifecycle, from concept through to deployment.
  • Engage with Stakeholders: Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and conduct thorough testing of software components.
  • Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to junior software engineers, fostering a culture of growth and excellence.
Qualifications:
  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
  • Technical Skills: 5-12 years of experience in software development, with expertise in TypeScript, JavaScript, Python, and SQL.
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated experience in leading teams and delivering scalable software solutions.
  • Preferred Knowledge: Familiarity with AWS, Serverless Frameworks, and DynamoDB is advantageous.
