Job Description

We're seeking a highly skilled Tech Team Lead to join our team and drive the development of cutting-edge software solutions for structural optimization. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for leading the entire software development process, from initial concept to final release.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain advanced software solutions for structural optimization
  • Manage the entire software development process, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outputs
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and test software components
  • Mentor and lead a team of junior software engineers, fostering growth and excellence
  • Ensure the highest standards of software quality through rigorous testing and code reviews
  • Plan, execute, and oversee software development projects, ensuring timely delivery
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • 5-12 years of software development experience, with proficiency in Type Script, Java Script, Python, and SQL
