We are seeking a highly skilled Vessel Master to join our team on a casual basis. This leadership position plays a critical role in the safe operation of our vessel, ensuring compliance and on-board maintenance while leading the crew to deliver exceptional service to guests.
The Vessel Master is responsible for providing high-quality guest experiences and maintaining consistent service standards. Key responsibilities include addressing guest complaints promptly, providing leadership and guidance to crew members, promoting their professional motivation and growth, and assisting with the ongoing training of both new and existing staff to meet operational standards.
To be successful in this role, you will require strong people management skills, effective communication, and interpersonal skills. You must also maintain high levels of marine safety and compliance, demonstrate a proven ability to enhance guest experiences, show a strong commitment to identifying and coaching employees for growth, exhibit excellent guest service skills, and dedicate yourself to meeting expectations.
