Vessel Master Position Overview

The Vessel Master is a critical leadership role responsible for ensuring the safe operation of the vessel, overseeing compliance and on-board maintenance, and guiding the crew to deliver exceptional service to guests.

  • Provide exceptional guest experiences and maintain consistent service standards through personal example and coaching.
  • Promptly address guest complaints to ensure satisfaction and preserve the quality of the experience.
  • Offer guidance and support to crew members, fostering their professional motivation and growth.
  • Collaborate in the ongoing training of both new and existing staff to meet operational standards.
  • Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures, marine memos, and work health and safety requirements.
