Role Summary
The Australian Client Servicing team provides dedicated support to our clients across both Asset Manager and Asset Owner client groups. Our team members work closely with Relationship Managers to deliver exceptional client experiences and exceed expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client relationships and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs
- Develop a deep understanding of clients' businesses, objectives, and goals
- Cultivate strong working relationships with client contacts and internal stakeholders
- Identify opportunities to add value and implement solutions that drive client satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with emerging issues, products, and services, and communicate relevant information to clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance client profitability and develop pricing strategies
About You:
- Proven experience in asset servicing, superannuation, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve client issues
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal partners
- Ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions to meet client needs
- Knowledge of risk management principles and practices
