Relationship Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team at Talent Web. As a key member of our client success team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our partner schools, driving the onboarding process, and ensuring they are maximizing the value of our client's solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the primary contact for partner schools, providing exceptional customer service and support
- Lead the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition for new schools and assisting with change management
- Develop and implement communication and marketing strategies to promote our client's solutions and drive adoption
- Collaborate with various school stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Provide solutions for families facing financial hardship, ensuring they have access to our client's fee management solutions
- Deliver detailed updates on product adoption and performance, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement
- Travel to meet schools face-to-face when required, building strong relationships and promoting our client's solutions
- Contribute to sales strategy and KPI development, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Minimum 2 years experience in business development or account management, with a proven track record of success
- Own vehicle, with a valid driver's license
- Located in Melbourne, with the ability to travel to meet schools face-to-face
- Self-starter mentality, with the ability to thrive in ambiguous situations and adapt to changing priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
- Meticulous attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality results
- Australian/NZ citizenship or permanent residency
- Experience working with schools, with a deep understanding of their needs and challenges
- Background in small business, new ventures, or startups, with a passion for innovation and growth
