Relationship Manager

As a Relationship Associate at Maxxia, you will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships and driving sales growth. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with a diverse range of clients, including corporate, not-for-profit, government, and health organizations.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute engagement plans to educate clients about Maxxia's products and services.
- Run onsite initiatives to enhance employee participation in salary packaging benefits.
- Provide exceptional support to key client stakeholders and be available to answer queries.
- Be a self-starter with a passion for sales and a proven track record of achieving targets.
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
- Be able to plan, schedule, and forecast, with a focus on driving sales growth.
- Have a full driver's license and be able to travel to client sites as required.
