Site Management Opportunity - Civil

A challenging opportunity exists for an experienced Site Supervisor or Projects Manager to join our company in a key role.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on some of Sydney's leading projects, with training and development opportunities available.

This is a full-time position that requires strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple sites and personnel.

About the Role
  • Program and budget projects effectively
  • Communicate regularly with sub-contractors, clients, and consultants
  • Report on project costs with estimators and accountants
  • Work on-site, with regular travel between sites and the office required
  • Collaborate with site managers to ensure smooth operations
  • Travel between projects and the office, remaining in a long-term role, working alongside other office staff under the direction of the business
  • Hold a full driver's license
  • Work full-time in an office and on-site with regular office hours
  • Manage on-site trades and labor
  • Deliver tool box talks
  • Ensure all OHS and safety protocols are followed

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High level of organization and time management
  • Knowledge of construction processes and procedures
