Job Title: Civil Engineering Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineering Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will play a pivotal role in the management and coordination of civil engineering projects across the region.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and coordinating the delivery of civil engineering projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards;
  • Liaising with clients, contractors and other stakeholders to manage project scope, timelines and budgets;
  • Preparing and reviewing contracts, technical specifications and other project documentation;
  • Supporting the preparation of tenders, RFTs, and subcontractor engagement;
  • Identifying and mitigating project risks and implementing appropriate control measures;
  • Monitoring project progress and providing regular updates to the management team;
  • Preparing, implementing, reviewing and revising project safety plans, construction environmental management plans and quality documentation inclusive of inspection test plans;

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline;
  • 5+ years' experience as a Civil Project Engineer or in a similar role;
  • Strong technical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions;
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
  • Proficient in the use of project management software and engineering design tools;
  • Demonstrated experience in contract administration and managing project budgets;
  • Familiarity with local and national construction regulations and guidelines;
