About The Role

APX Civil Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Civil Project Engineer/ Contracts Administrator to join our growing team in Yallah, NSW. This is a full-time position where you will play a key role in managing the delivery of civil engineering projects across the region.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Assist with the planning, coordination and delivery of civil engineering projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards
  • Liaising with clients, contractors and other stakeholders to manage project scope, timelines and budgets
  • Preparing and reviewing contracts, technical specifications and other project documentation
  • Support the preparation of tenders, RFTs, and subcontractor engagement
  • Identifying and mitigating project risks and implementing appropriate control measures
  • Monitoring project progress and providing regular updates to the management team
  • Prepare, implement, review and revise Project Safety Plans, Construction Environmental Management Plans and quality documentation inclusive of Inspection Test Plans
What We're Looking For
  • Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
  • 5+ years' experience as a Civil Project Engineer or in a similar role
  • Strong technical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficient in the use of project management software and engineering design tools
  • Demonstrated experience in contract administration and managing project budgets
  • Familiarity with local and national construction regulations and guidelines
