Civil Engineering Project Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Civil Engineering Project Manager to lead the delivery of civil engineering projects across the region. This is a full-time position where you will play a key role in ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the planning, coordination, and delivery of civil engineering projects
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to manage project scope, timelines, and budgets
  • Prepare and review contracts, technical specifications, and other project documentation
  • Support the preparation of tenders, RFTs, and subcontractor engagement
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and implement appropriate control measures
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the management team
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
  • 5+ years' experience as a Civil Project Engineer or in a similar role
  • Strong technical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficient in the use of project management software and engineering design tools
  • Demonstrated experience in contract administration and managing project budgets
  • Familiarity with local and national construction regulations and guidelines
