Job Opportunity for a Service-Oriented Team Member

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused team member to join our dynamic team. As a key player in the Front of House, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

This role offers an ideal work-life balance, with flexible hours of 15-20 per week. We operate from Tuesday to Saturday for both lunch and dinner services, without the need for early starts or late finishes.

To excel in this position, you should possess:

  • Passion for hospitality-related activities
  • Demonstrated discipline and self-motivation
  • Experience with online reservation systems (training provided)
  • Able to maintain preparation and organisation skills
  • Background in table service
  • An affinity for customer interaction
  • Basic knowledge of coffee making (training provided)
  • A thorough understanding of customer retention strategies
  • A team-oriented approach

The successful candidate will contribute to:

  • Pre-service preparation of the dining room and team
  • Waiting on a section of the dining room
  • Making and serving specialty beverages
  • Supporting the organisation of the service area
