Job Title: Patient Experience Coordinator

Patient Experience Coordinators play a vital role in delivering exceptional administrative support to clients and staff. In this fast-paced, client-facing position, you will be the first point of contact for patients and provide outstanding customer service both face-to-face and over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver top-notch customer service by working efficiently in a dynamic environment where customer focus remains the top priority.
  • Act as the primary point of contact to patients and provide excellent communication skills to ensure their needs are met.
  • Manage competing priorities and adapt to an ever-changing environment with ease.
  • Coordinate patient appointments and consultations while ensuring seamless billing and receipting processes at the time of appointment.
  • Process relevant paperwork accurately and efficiently, including data entry.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of the clinic by liaising with the team to implement efficient processes.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional patient care and customer service skills.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in working independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
  • Knowledge of patient billing systems and Medicare funding mechanisms is highly valued.
  • Excellent phone manner and ability to handle a high volume of patient inquiries.
  • High attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills.
  • Flexible approach to work and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
