We are seeking a Service Support Officer to provide frontline customer service and administrative support within a health and wellbeing service environment. This position is ideal for someone who is professional, organised, and committed to supporting clients and colleagues.
The role involves acting as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and stakeholders, managing client appointments, and providing reception support. Additionally, you will deliver administrative support to service delivery teams and managers, assist with data entry, correspondence, invoicing, and event coordination, and contribute to a positive, inclusive, and efficient workplace.

To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience in customer service and business operations, ideally in health or government settings. You should possess strong communication and organisational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team and manage competing priorities. A Working with Children Check or Working with Vulnerable People registration is also required.
