This is an opportunity to join a dynamic team as a Service Desk Professional, where you will play a crucial role in providing technical support and assistance to colleagues.
The position is based in our Brisbane office and offers hybrid working arrangements, allowing for flexibility in your work schedule. The ideal candidate will be motivated, enthusiastic, and eager to learn and grow.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting services;
- Network and administrative tasks, including upgrades, rollouts, and documentation;
- Audio-visual setup and assistance;
- Phone support and hardware support;
- Incident management using the ITIL framework;
- Asset management using the ITIL framework.
- Customer service skills and customer-facing experience;
- Ability to learn and grow with the company;
- Exposure to Windows 10, MS Office 365, MS Teams, and Teams Calling is desirable;
- Technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills;
- Teamwork and interpersonal skills.
