Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Coordinator to join our team in Brooklyn. This role will be responsible for providing ongoing support to the sales team in delivering vehicles to valued customers.

The successful candidate will have strong administration experience, a passion for providing great customer service, and excellent communication skills. They will also have the ability to work autonomously and multitask effectively.

About the Role:

This is a key role within our business, requiring coordination of car deliveries from preparation to delivery. The ideal candidate will have high levels of attention to detail and be able to maintain contact with customers awaiting their vehicle delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating car deliveries from preparation to delivery
  • Maintaining contact with customers awaiting their vehicle delivery
  • Coordinating delivery dates with Pre Delivery teams and customers
  • Preparing relevant documents needed
  • Obtaining required registration documentation from customers prior to delivery
