Key Responsibilities

Coordinate delivery tasks and manage dispatch operations to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.

Accountabilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer enquiries and internal staff requests regarding delivery issues.
  • Provide exceptional service to both internal and external customers, meeting their needs and resolving any concerns in a professional manner.
  • Enter accurate and up-to-date dispatch information into the computer system in a timely manner.
  • Co-ordinate and manage delivery tasks for drivers to optimise logistics efficiency.
  • Perform general administrative duties such as data entry and report preparation.
  • Report and log customer concerns or requirements to relevant departments in a timely manner.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role with a proven track record of successful delivery coordination.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with adaptability and flexibility.
  • Full working rights.
  • Own transport preferred but not essential.
