Description Summary

As a Compliance Coordinator within Service Stream's Project Management Office (PMO), you will play a key role in ensuring the day-to-day operational processes of companies and resources are compliant and operational ready in a timely manner. About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a Compliance Coordinator to join Service Stream's Telecommunications team in Melbourne. As part of our growing company, you will be responsible for managing the operational activities related to nbn SPOC for sub-contractors. You will also be involved in understanding and processing changes to compliance via the Governance process to ensure all compliance roles align with Australian Industry standards.

Nature of Position: Permanent, Full Time
Location: Melbourne
Reporting Line: Resource, Optimization, Compliance & Planning Lead

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage the operational activities related to nbn SPOC for sub-contractors.
  2. Process changes to compliance via the Governance process to ensure alignment with Australian Industry standards.
  3. Collaborate with operational teams to optimize resources across all contracts.
  4. Attend operational stand-ups to drive prioritization, minimize operational delivery risk, and mitigate escalation through building internal and external relationships.
  5. Communicate with operational and development teams to ensure compliance data base reporting requirements are met.
  6. Contribute to the on-time delivery of client-based reporting.
  7. Attend required internal and external training on applications.
  8. Develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal, client, and external field parties.
  9. Ensure professional and up-to-date written and automated communication.
  10. Assist the Compliance Manager in procurement activities for operational projects and services.
  11. Conduct business to the highest standard and in line with Service Stream Core Values.
  12. Develop strong working relationships with Operational Support Services management to ensure knowledge, impacts, and delivery strategy of the workforce are aligned.

About You

We are seeking an individual with demonstrated knowledge and experience in compliance/project coordination, working in an operational team with structured processes, and excellent computer skills.
