We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key accounts within the industrial and manufacturing sector.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions for clients.
- Prepare proposals, quotes, and reports for stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
- Build long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
A successful Key Account Manager should have:
- Proven sales experience within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Client-focused approach with relationship-building abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
- Self-motivated attitude with drive to meet targets.
- Knowledge of the industrial and manufacturing market.
- Restricted Electrical licence (essential).
- Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel as required.
