Sales & Business Development Manager role at NPAworldwide. Our client is one of Australia's long-standing providers of industrial apparel and safety equipment, delivering high-quality protective clothing and gear to industries such as Mining, Oil & Gas, and Construction. They are seeking a driven sales professional with a passion for success and a talent for building strong, lasting client relationships.
Responsibilities- Manage and develop key client accounts, ensuring long-term relationships and identifying opportunities for growth
- Drive new business development through strategic market analysis and targeted outreach to potential clients in Mining, Oil & Gas, and Construction sectors
- Create and execute tailored solutions to meet the specific needs of clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless service and product solutions that align with client expectations
- Utilise CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) to manage client information, track sales activities, and report on progress
- Achieve and exceed sales targets while contributing to overall business growth and success
- Proven experience as BDM, or in a similar sales role within the Mining, Oil & Gas, or Construction sectors
- A strong client-focused approach with a proven ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with senior decision-makers
- Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) to track and manage client interactions
- A strategic mindset to identify growth opportunities and drive business development efforts effectively
- A self-starter with the ability to work autonomously, stay motivated, and deliver results
