Event Planner Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Event Planner Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming conferences into exceptional customer experiences through meticulous planning and execution.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading operational delivery of agendas, communicating with cross-functional teams, and building strong relationships to ensure seamless conference delivery.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute conference agendas for multiple events
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement best practices
  • Create client-facing websites and conference apps for session information
  • Analyze data to improve attendee engagement and predict behavior
  • Manage master planners for up-to-date session information and room allocation
  • Liaise with agency partners and vendors for onsite delivery

  • Achieve operational excellence and timely conference execution
  • Implement standardized processes and project management for consistency
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the conference business and value proposition

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
