Maintenance Planning Executive

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Planning Executive to oversee the planning, reliability, and engineering of our mine equipment. This critical leadership role is responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our assets.
About the Role
The Maintenance Planning Executive will be responsible for:
- Optimizing equipment availability and reliability through short, medium, and long-term maintenance planning.
- Ensuring work management processes align with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinating shutdown planning to meet production, cost, and safety objectives.
- Developing and implementing reliability improvement strategies for mobile and fixed assets.
- Overseeing defect elimination, root cause analysis, and condition monitoring programs.
- Reducing unplanned downtime, maintenance costs, and equipment failures.
- SUPPORTING audits, inspections, and reporting requirements relating to maintenance and asset integrity.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Reliability Engineering, or equivalent trade experience.
- Significant experience in open cut mining and plant environments.
- Strong knowledge of industry legislation and asset management frameworks.
- Proficiency in SAP and reliability analysis tools.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
