Maintenance Planning Engineer

Optimizing equipment availability and reliability is crucial for success in maintenance planning and engineering. We are seeking a leader to oversee short, medium, and long-term maintenance planning at our mine complex.
Key Responsibilities- Develop strategies to optimize equipment performance and minimize downtime.
- Implement work management processes in line with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate shutdown planning to meet production objectives, ensuring cost-effectiveness and safety.
- Drive initiatives to reduce maintenance costs and improve asset reliability.
- Support audits, inspections, and reporting requirements related to maintenance and asset integrity.
- Hold a degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Reliability Engineering, or equivalent trade background with significant maintenance experience.
- Minimum 8-10 years' experience in maintenance, planning, or reliability roles, preferably within the mining sector.
- Strong knowledge of asset management frameworks and maintenance strategies.
- Proficiency in reliability analysis tools and software such as SAP.
- Exemplary leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
