This role offers a chance to join a dynamic team as a trusted advisor, providing strategic guidance and direction. You will work closely with key clients and leaders to address their human resources needs and requirements.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing comprehensive advice based on a thorough understanding of client group dynamics, addressing essential people management needs and challenges.
  • Driving the evolution and alignment of HR policies and practices, ensuring current and emerging practices effectively support the client portfolio's strategic direction.
  • Leveraging best practice systems and approaches to deliver tailored, integrated solutions that achieve desired business outcomes.
  • Championing stakeholder engagement strategies to drive collaborative initiatives and uphold work area objectives.
  • Providing subject matter-specific data analysis, insights, and reports in relation to the delivery of HR projects and solutions.

About this opportunity:

The Human Resources function is in a period of significant development, striving to achieve an integrated service offering aligned with the organization's ambitious workforce strategy and organizational design objectives. As a result, we are seeking a consultative HR Partner to support key clients and leaders within the organization's central portfolios.

You will be responsible for developing strong, trusted relationships with stakeholders and providing expert advice on enterprise agreements, awards, and relevant policies. Your experience working within a COE model in a large, complex organization will be valuable in this role.
