About the Role

Our organisation is seeking a Sales Support Officer to provide exceptional customer service and play a crucial role in supporting sales teams.

This position operates as the backbone of our branch, requiring expertise in customer service, inventory management and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver timely and effective customer support via email and phone
  • Assist with all aspects of the sales process, including running the office and managing stock levels
  • Perform general warehousing duties, including ordering from suppliers and receiving stock
  • Coordinate dispatch and freight logistics, including booking carriers and processing shipments
  • Generate quotes and conduct price checks for clients
  • Monitor and reconcile sales, invoicing and conduct regular stock takes
  • Maintain accurate records of stock levels and expiry dates
About You
  • Demonstrated experience in fast-paced customer-focused roles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management systems
  • Previous experience in stock management within a retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
