Job Title: Sales Administration Support

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to support our sales operations. As a Sales Administration Assistant, you will be the backbone of our sales team.

">Key Responsibilities
  • Nurture and maintain relationships with key accounts and stakeholders
  • Monitor incoming orders and coordinate timely supply
  • Assist in planning and executing promotional programs and seasonal campaigns
  • Facilitate meetings and communications between departments and stakeholders
  • Compile and report on product performance, supply chain insights, and customer feedback
  • Manage specification sheets, production totals, and sales reporting with precision
  • Support new business development and product placement opportunities
  • Uphold company standards for safety, quality, and environmental compliance
Requirements
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple tasks
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Sharp attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Team-oriented attitude with collaborative spirit
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills; experience with sales or inventory systems is a plus
