Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare key documents including agreements and compliance papers.
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns including signboards and brochures.
  • Manage the CRM system and trust account.
  • Launch listings online with accuracy.
  • Process and receipt deposits into the trust account.
  • Liaise with solicitors, vendors, and buyers.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of a high-performing sales team.
